Quality Assurance of Audience Studies

Case 1

I helped scope and plan a large segmentation study for The Danish Society for Nature Preservation. Furthermore, I developed a strategy for implementing research findings within the organization, guaranteeing their active utilization in daily operations.

Qualitative Interview Study on User Expecations for TV, Radio & Social Media Hosts

User involvement

Case 3

I designed and organized a user involvement journey where employees at TV Syd visited fifty users. These visits were condensed into employee-made digital postcards. I developed conversation cards, guides, and a postcard template, and conducted a qualitative data analysis of the postcards identifying key trends in data. These trends fuel a strategy process at TV Syd.

Qualitative Study on Young People's Media Use

Case 4

I conducted a mobile ethnography study involving Danish media users aged 15 to 18 on behalf of Joannahuset, an organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable young individuals. The research insights gathered from this study were utilized to enhance and refine Joannahuset’s communication strategies especially on social media platforms.
